I led the integrated PR and social team for ultra-luxury cruise line, Seabourn as ships were just getting back in the water post-COVID. We navigated a new world of travel marketing as the brand launched its first purpose-built ultra-luxury expedition ship, which we unveiled through a series of digital roundtables, one-on-one media and influencers visits, resulting in widespread coverage and increases in followership, impressions, engagement and, ultimately, bookings year-over-year.

  • Provided ongoing support for key brand moments and priority messages through ongoing media outreach and relationship building.

  • We regularly facilitated both individual and group media and influencer trips depending on priority routes for the brand, which resulted in impressive coverage, impressions and content outcomes.

  • We managed the ongoing social media strategy and community development for Seabourn’s Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and X accounts.

  • Regularly tapped the brand’s key executives for media opportunities that elevated its leaders and showcased Seabourn as a leading luxury cruise line.
